PRODUCT-MARKET MATRIX
Матрица продукт-рынок
Матрица, используемая для анализа возможностей изменения товарной стратегии фирмы в зависимости от конъюнктуры рынков. Матрица показывает, что у фирмы, которая стремится к максимизациии прибыли и росту в условиях неустойчивой рыночной конъюнктуры, есть четыре основных способа поведения: а) более глубокое внедрение производимой продукции на уже существующие рынки и увеличение своей доли на этих рынках; б) освоение новых рынков для производимой продукции с опорой на производственные возможности фирмы; в) разработка новых продуктов для поставки на существующие рынки на основе использования своих маркетинговых возможностей; г) разработка новых продуктов для новых рынков сбыта, т.е. диверсификация.
